Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has released the timetable for the screening of applicants aiming to join its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to a public notice signed by Acting Registrar Mr. Godswill E. Udofah, MNIM, the screening exercise is set to take place from Wednesday, 9 September 2026 to Friday, 11 September 2026, with daily start time at 9:00 a.m.

All prospective candidates have been instructed to report to the department they applied for on the specified dates.

Screening Requirements

For ND Candidates:

• JAMB online result printout
• WAEC/NECO statement of result
• Acknowledgement slip of form purchase

For HND Candidates:

• ND statement of result
• Acknowledgement slip of form purchase
• WAEC/NECO statement of result
• Letter of completion of Industrial Attachment

Applicants must also bring their original certificates for verification during the screening.

The institution has indicated that the list of successful candidates will be posted after the screening, and individual notifications will be sent out.

Prospective students are urged to note the screening dates carefully and ensure they possess all required documents before reporting to their respective departments.
