Dennis Osadebay University (DOU) in Asaba, Delta State, is calling on all prospective students to log into JAMB CAPS to verify and confirm their admission offers for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The roster of successful applicants has been posted on JAMB CAPS, and candidates should use the following steps to view their status.

• Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and sign in with your registered email and password to reach your dashboard
• Click on “Check Admission Status”
• Select “Access my CAPS”
• Choose “Admission Status” to determine whether you have received an offer.

A circular dated September 17, 2026, instructed newly admitted students to confirm their offers on JAMB CAPS within fourteen days of receipt, otherwise the place may be forfeited.

The institution also noted that those who confirm their offers must settle the stipulated acceptance fee and any related charges within one week of confirmation.

Officials urged all new admits to finish the required admission steps promptly and cautioned against delaying until the last possible day.

The university warned applicants, parents and guardians about fraudulent schemes, emphasizing that all payments, including the acceptance fee, must be made solely via the university’s authorized payment methods.

Note: DOU clarified that missing the two‑week acceptance window on JAMB CAPS could lead to the loss of the admission slot.
