Caleb University wishes to remind all students, as outlined by the ICT Unit, to observe the following instructions for the upcoming Summer Examinations of the 2025/2026 academic year.

ELIGIBILITY: GRADUATING STUDENTS ONLY

Only those who are about to graduate and have satisfied the required period of study may sit for the exams.

• Regular programme students must have completed eight semesters.
• Direct‑entry candidates must have completed six semesters.

Students who were suspended or placed on deferment and therefore have not met the minimum residency requirement are NOT eligible to take part.

MAXIMUM CREDIT LOAD

The standard ceiling is twenty‑four credit units per term.

• Students who pay for extra units may register for up to twenty‑seven credit units.

NO AUTOMATIC PASS

Enrolling in the Summer Examinations does not guarantee a passing grade; results will be based solely on performance, so thorough preparation is essential.

WHAT YOU MUST DO

Follow these steps to ensure your registration is complete:

• 1. Review your subjects: Access the student portal and verify the courses listed under the Summer Examination section.
• 2. Obtain departmental approval and settle fees: Await confirmation from your Head of Department; once approved, the bill will appear on the portal and should be paid without delay.
• 3. Complete biometric registration: Begin biometric capture starting Monday, 19 October 2026.
• 4. Appear for the exams: Computer‑based tests will run from Tuesday, 20 October to Friday, 23 October 2026. The detailed timetable will be posted on the portal when available.

Please act promptly, meet all requirements, and prepare adequately for the examinations.
