OFFICIAL UPDATE: JAMB Admission Status Checking Portal Now Live - 2016/17

USING this platform, we would love to informed all 2014 JAMB UTME participants that the JAMB portal for checking admission status is now available for all 2014 JAMB UTME candidates.

Finally, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has approved and has successfully uploaded the full lists of candidates who have been admitted for the 2014/2015 academic session.

This action, we should take note, is in accordance with a statement which was released last week regarding the admission status checking.

1. Please note that this portal/is both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates should go to the status-checking portal at www.jamb.org.ng

2. When the portal loads up, proceed and click on the "Check Admission Status" link, which is provided under the 2014 UTME column of the website.

Please note that all admitted candidates are advised to purchase their admission letter printing scratch card from the nearest JAMB office and print out their admission letters.

Important Notice to all JAMB Candidates

We've also come across several complaints about candidates who have forgotten their their Registration Number, don't panic, you can retrieve your Registration Number upon validation of PIN and Serial Number with either the following: Surname, first name or middle name, Date of Birth, State of Origin.

Please note that this admission lists are also been uploaded regularly so, it's important that all candidates should keep on checking their admission status on the JAMB website. While for all the admitted candidate who have his/her admission details different from the one yet to be uploaded or already uploaded on the preferred institution's website should immediately report such situation and error to the nearest admission office of his or her preferred institution for further instruction.
