The management of Benue State University (BSU) has reiterated that the Matriculation Oath Form and the University Anthem are not for sale. All newly admitted students who have been successfully screened and registered are advised to download these documents from the university's official website: www.bsum.edu.ng.
This notice is necessary due to reports of unscrupulous individuals extorting money from fresh students under the false pretense of selling the Matriculation Oath Form and the University Anthem. Students are warned to avoid patronizing such vendors, as they do so at their own risk.
The warning was issued by the Directorate of Information, Protocol and Public Relations, Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Reverend Father Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi, on Thursday, 16th April, 2026. The Matriculation Ceremony is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 22nd April, 2026.
