Caleb University Imota Lagos is seeking applications for Regional Officer and Clerical Staff positions within its Regional Outreach Offices.
The Regional Officer will report to the Head of Admissions, Director of Outreach, or Vice Chancellor. Primary duties include student scouting and intelligence, outreach and 'wooing' programs, admission support, and reporting and logistics. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment or a related field, and excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
The Clerical Staff will report to the Regional Officer and will be responsible for administrative support, data and record keeping, event logistics, and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, Office Administration certificate, and 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or data entry role.
Both roles require fluency in English and a dominant local language, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Cross-cutting requirements include performance metrics, code of conduct, and annual review.
