The management of Ezzy International College of Nursing Science has dismissed allegations of illegally expelling a student, describing the claims as misleading and unfounded.
In a statement dated April 19, 2026, the institution reaffirmed its commitment to academic excellence, discipline, and professional conduct, stressing that it reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any student who violates its rules.
The College maintained that due process was strictly followed in handling the case in question, noting that the measures taken were necessary to maintain order and uphold institutional integrity.
It further alleged that the situation had been misrepresented by Mrs. Ijeoma Nwaogaranya, suggesting that the narrative may have been framed to attract public sympathy, drawing parallels with a previous case involving Joy Ezeugwu.
According to the College, such portrayals risk encouraging misconduct and undermining the standards required in professional healthcare training.
The management warned against what it described as attempts to manipulate public opinion and secure undue advantage, emphasizing that indiscipline cannot be rewarded under any circumstance.
While urging the public to rely on verified information, the institution reiterated that its actions were lawful, justified, and in line with its established policies, insisting that any contrary claims should be disregarded.
