Lead City University has informed all final year students that the compulsory official passport photograph exercise for the production of Notification of Results and Certificates has commenced.

The exercise will take place at the Senate Building (Reception Hall, Ground Floor) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, from Monday, 11th May to Friday, 3rd July, 2026.

Important instructions for students include attending only on their faculty's scheduled dates and ensuring the correct spelling and arrangement of names, as corrections will not be entertained afterward. Physical passport photographs will not be accepted.

Faculty Managers are advised to notify and follow up with all concerned students, including out-of-cycle students. Presenting on dates outside the faculty schedule will attract a N10,000 sanction. Students are advised to comply strictly with the guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful exercise.
