The Management of Kaduna State University has achieved a significant administrative milestone with the Registry Department successfully processing and signing over 14,000 certificates for both undergraduate and postgraduate students in the first quarter of 2026.
This accomplishment highlights the institution's improved administrative efficiency, commitment to timely service delivery, and adherence to global best practices in academic records management. It marks a major step forward in addressing delays associated with certificate issuance and reinforces the University's dedication to improving graduate experience and institutional credibility.
All graduates from the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 Academic Sessions are informed that their certificates are ready for collection with immediate effect. To collect their certificates, graduates are required to present the following documents at the Academic Affairs Unit: Final Year Clearance, Alumni Payment Receipt, Statement of Result, Student Identification Card, and Evidence of School Fees Payment.
Please note that certificate collection must be done in person, and collection by proxy is not permitted. Ensure all documentation is complete to avoid delays during collection. All staff and stakeholders are encouraged to disseminate this information widely to ensure that affected graduates are promptly informed.
