The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Directorate Headquarters has officially released the schedule for the upcoming 2026 Batch 'B' Stream I Orientation Course. According to an internal circular dated May 20, 2026, signed by Nura Umar NPOM, the Director of Planning, Research, and Statistics (PRS) on behalf of the Director-General, the orientation exercise will take place across all 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Prospective Corp Members (PCMs) are advised to take note of the following critical dates for the orientation program: Commencement of the Orientation Course: Wednesday, June 10, 2026 Registration Period: Wednesday, June 10, 2026 – Friday, June 12, 2026 Registration Cut-Off Date: Midnight, Friday, June 12, 2026 Swearing-in Ceremony: Friday, June 12, 2026 Closing Ceremony: Tuesday, June 30, 2026
It is crucial to note that if you are a Prospective Corp Member deployed with this stream, you must arrive at your designated orientation camp between June 10 and June 12. Registration portals and physical documentation at the camps will close strictly at midnight on Friday, June 12, 2026. Failure to register before this deadline may result in a forfeiture of your participation in this stream. Make sure to prepare your official documents, call-up letter, green card, medical certificate of fitness, and other required items ahead of the June 10 commencement date.
