Higher National Diploma (HND) Regular Programmes are also available in various fields, including Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration & Management, and Mass Communication.
To apply, candidates should log on to the official website, click on ND Application Form, and pay a non-refundable processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) for ND Regular 1, and Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) for ND Regular II, HND & Weekend Programmes online with Verve or Master Debit Card (ATM Card). They should then complete and submit the online application form with the required information and print two copies of the online acknowledgement form.
The entry requirements for National Diploma Programme include credits pass in five relevant 'O'Level subjects, including Mathematics and English Language in WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB (in not more than two sittings), and a score of not less than 100 marks in the 2026 UTME. For Higher National Diploma Programme, candidates must have an ND result obtained from NBTE accredited Polytechnic in the relevant department with one year Industrial Training, and at least two years post qualification experience for those with pass in ND result.
All Candidates who did not choose Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara as their first choice are advised to access the JAMB website and apply for a change of institution to Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara. They must also ensure that their O'Level result is uploaded to the JAMB website.
The date for the screening exercise will be announced as soon as possible. Candidates are advised to bring writing materials, including HB Pencil and the following documents: Four recent passport sized Photographs, one attached to each of the application/screening forms and the two acknowledgement cards, Bursary receipt for the purchase of the forms, Certificate/Statements of result, Certificate of local government of origin, and Birth certificate or age declaration.
