Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Federal University of Allied Health Sciences (FUAHSE) 2026/2027 Admission through UTME (100 Level) and Direct Entry. This application process commences on 8th June, 2026 and closes on 19th August, 2026.
UTME candidates must have a minimum score of 150 in the 2026 JAMB examination. Direct Entry candidates must be holders of ND/HND/First Degree and O 'Level Credit in relevant disciplines.

Community Health, B.Sc. Dental Technology, B.Sc. Dental Therapy, B.Eng. Electrical & Electronics Engineering, B.Sc. Healthcare Management, B.HIM. Health Information Management, B.Sc. Human Anatomy, B.M.LS. Medical Laboratory, B.Eng. Mechatronics Engineering, B.Sc. Microbiology, B.N.Se. Nursing Sciences, B.Se. Occupational Therapy, B.Sc. Parasitology & Entomology, B.PO. Prosthetic and Orthotics, B.Sc. Public Health, B.Sc. Physiology, B.Rad. Radiography, Doctor of Physiotherapy, B.Sc. Social Work, B.Eng. Software Engineering, B.Sc. Speech Therapy, B.Sc. Water Hygiene & Sanitation, and B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering.
Candidates who did not choose FUAHSE as first choice University but scored a minimum of 150 can also apply, on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of institution.
To register, eligible candidates should pay a non-refundable sum of Two thousand naira (N2000.00) only for UTME, while Candidates for direct entry should purchase the direct entry form with a non-refundable sum of thirty thousand naira (N30,000.00) only, via the University portal. The registration procedure involves visiting the University portal, generating a payment invoice, proceeding to any Bank with the payment invoice or paying with an ATM Card, returning to the University portal, clicking on apply to complete the application form, correctly entering O'Level results, confirming information, submitting the application, and printing out the acknowledgement slip.
The 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise shall be based on verified JAMB scores and WASSC/GCE/NECO uploaded on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). Candidates must enter a valid mobile number and e-mail address for further communications and upload their O'Level results on JAMB PORTAL, NOT LATER THAN August 19, 2026. Those who fail to register within the period WILL NOT be qualified for the Exercise. ONLY candidates who successfully submitted applications online would be considered for admission. Candidate must be 16 years and above. It is the candidate's responsibility to regularize with JAMB, if need be.
