The Federal University Dutse, located in Jigawa State, has commenced the sale of application forms for the Interim Joint Matriculation Board programme for the 2026/2027 academic session through its Consultancy Services Directorate.

The IJMB programme is designed to provide a direct pathway into the university's undergraduate courses, eliminating the need for UTME.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible, prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Candidates must have at least five O' Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
• These credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings.

Method of Application

To apply, interested and qualified candidates should follow these steps:

• Step 1: Visit the official application website at https://fudcons.com.ng.
• Step 2: Click on the 'IJMB application' link to create a new user account using a valid email address.
• Step 3: After creating the account, log in using the registered email and password.
• Step 4: Complete the application form, which consists of seven distinct sections. Each section must be filled out sequentially before proceeding to the next. Applicants can save their progress and return later to complete the form before the deadline.
• Step 5: Pay a non-refundable application fee of N5,000.00 using a valid debit card or any other available online payment option on the portal. Note that payment is required to validate the application, and failure to pay will result in rejection.

Technical Note: For the best experience, candidates are advised to use either Chrome or Safari web browsers while filling out the application form.
