Umaru Ali Shinkafi Polytechnic, Sokoto, has made an important announcement regarding its academic calendar.

The management has announced a final extension for the first semester examinations, and this extension is strictly for new students.

Following a previous communication dated July 11, 2026, the Acting Rector, Engr. Aliyu Sulaiman Mindaudu, has approved a one-week final extension for the 2025/2026 academic session first semester examinations.

This adjustment aims to give newly admitted students the opportunity to complete their registration processes. It is crucial to note that no further extensions will be granted.

To ensure compliance, College Directors, Heads of Departments, Examination Officers, and other relevant officials are requested to adjust their examination schedules accordingly.
