The Federal Polytechnic, Idah in Kogi State has posted the provisional admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session. This notice is for all candidates who sat for the 2026/2027 admission screening, indicating they can now verify whether they appear on the list of successful applicants.

The roster of admitted students is now accessible through the JAMB CAPS portal. Applicants should follow the steps below to confirm their status:

• Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and sign in using the email address and password you registered with to reach your personal dashboard.
• Select “Check Admission Status”.
• Choose “Access my CAPS”.
• Click on “Admission Status” to view whether an offer has been made.

If the system finds your name, it will display your photograph together with a congratulatory message confirming the offer. If no offer has been generated, the portal will show the phrase “Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet”.

Those who receive an admission offer may either accept or decline it by sending the word ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number linked to their JAMB account. The acceptance window lasts four weeks. Applicants whose registered mobile number is unavailable must visit a JAMB‑accredited centre to submit their response.

After accepting, candidates should print the admission letter, as it will be required during clearance and registration at the polytechnic.
