The Rivers State University (RSU) has published its provisional admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session. This announcement is directed to every applicant who participated in the 2026/2027 Admission Screening Exercise, letting them know they can now verify whether they appear among the successful candidates.

The roster of admitted students is now accessible online through the JAMB CAPS portal. Candidates should complete the following steps to check their admission status:

• Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and log in with the email address and password you used during registration to reach your dashboard
• Click on “Check Admission Status”
• Select “Access my CAPS”
• Choose “Admission Status” to see if an offer has been recorded for you

If the system finds your name, it will display your photograph together with a congratulatory message confirming the admission offer. Conversely, if no offer has been logged, the portal will return the message “Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet”.

Applicants who receive an offer must communicate their decision by sending the word ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number linked to their JAMB profile. The acceptance window spans four weeks. Those whose registered mobile number is unavailable are required to visit a JAMB‑accredited centre to submit their acceptance or rejection.

After accepting an offer, students should print their admission letter, as it will be needed during clearance and registration procedures at the university they have been admitted to.
