Delta State University (DELSU) in Abraka has opened the application forms for both inter‑university and intra‑university transfers, and is also processing withdrawal requests for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the university’s official bulletin dated Wednesday 21 October 2026, prospective candidates and current students may download the required forms from the DELSU online portal.

Application Fee

A non‑refundable fee of ₦20,000 must be paid to receive either a transfer or withdrawal form. Applicants whose submissions are accepted will also need to settle the university’s prescribed transfer charges.
