The University of Zurich is inviting applications for three-year PhD studentship in Veterinary Medicine / Biology / Palaeontoloy.
Salaries are according to standards of the Swiss National Science Foundation.
Eligibility:
For the position, a completed veterinary /or biology /or palaeontology education is required.
The successful candidate will perform a long-term feeding experiment in sheep, which will not only include participation in animal husbandry but also visual imaging and dental casts, techniques in nutritional and dental wear analyses, statistical evaluations as well as the use of literature and publication activity in the English language, as part of a team investigating tooth wear.
