Application forms are obtainable at the rate of ₦5,000 (Five thousand naira) only from the under listed banks:
First Bank Plc Otukpa, Otukpo, Makurdi and Gboko.
Zenith Bank Plc Otukpo, Makurdi and Gboko.
Completed application forms are to be addressed to 'The Registrar, Benue State Polytechnic, P.M.B. 01, Ugbokolo, Benue State' on or before Monday 31st October, 2016.
