The Management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho, has officially released the timetable for the 2025/2026 Orientation Programme and Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted students.

The Orientation Programme will span two days, with Day One scheduled for Monday, 12 January 2026, and Day Two set for Tuesday, 13 January 2026. All sessions will hold at The Great Hall, LAUTECH, commencing promptly at 9:00 a.m., so students are advised to arrive early to secure seating.

Orientation Programme Dates and Venue:
    •    Monday, 12 January 2026: Orientation Day One
    •    Tuesday, 13 January 2026: Orientation Day Two

The orientation is designed to familiarize new students with university academic rules, regulations, and general campus life, ensuring they start their journey fully prepared and avoid unnecessary pitfalls.

The Matriculation Ceremony, which formally marks the admission of fresh students into the University, is scheduled for Friday, 15 January 2026, also at The Great Hall, LAUTECH, starting by 9:00 a.m..

Important Notice to Fresh Students:
Students are strongly advised to attend all scheduled activities and arrive on time. Missing any session could result in confusion and a less smooth transition into university life.
