The Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, has sent out a reminder to its community about the upcoming re-sit examinations. In a memo dated January 8, 2026, signed by Safiyo Yila, the Deputy Registrar (Academic Officer), it was announced that the registration portal for the re-sit exams will close on Friday, January 9, 2026.

The re-sit examinations are set to take place from Thursday, January 15, to Wednesday, January 21, 2026. A crucial point emphasized in the memo is that no student will be allowed into the examination hall without a valid Examination Card. Students who have registered but not collected their cards are advised to visit the ICT/MIS Directorate immediately to collect them.

Department heads have been tasked with ensuring that this information reaches all Class Coordinators and affected students, to guarantee strict compliance. This reminder follows the initial communication and approval of the re-sit examination process by the Academic Board on January 5, 2026.
