In a recent announcement, the management of Ahmadu Bello University revealed that the deadline for purchasing admission forms into the School of Basic and Remedial Studies (SBRS), Funtua, has been extended for the 2025/2026 academic session. This extension provides prospective applicants with more time, as they now have until January 31, 2026, to complete their application forms.

To apply, interested candidates are required to follow a straightforward online application procedure. The first step involves visiting the SBRS portal at www.sbrs.abtu.edu.ng. Once on the portal, applicants can either create a new account or log in if they already have one. The next step is to select the desired programme from the available options, which include Remedial Sciences with four combinations and Basic / IJMB A'Level Sciences with six combinations.

After selecting the programme, applicants will need to update their profile with essential details such as biodata, contact information, O'Level results, and a passport photograph. To proceed with the application, click on the "Buy Form" option and choose "Pay Online" to make the payment via an ATM card. Alternatively, applicants can print the transaction page and make the payment at any commercial bank.

The application fee for the form is Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only.
