Here is the JAMB registration template for the 2026 UTME. Completing the attached form accurately will help ensure a smooth registration process when you eventually visit an accredited JAMB registration centre. Note that you should not pay for this template, and you should not submit the template to the registration centre.

The 2026 JAMB registration begins January 26th, and this document will guide you through the registration process by providing all the necessary information required by accredited JAMB CBT centres. Be sure to download and print the form. While this template document is offered for free, printing it at any cybercafe will cost you a token. You don't have to print it in colour to save cost. Candidates are advised to complete the 2026 registration template correctly before heading to an accredited centre for registration.

Filling out the template in advance ensures you make informed decisions about your choices and selections before your actual registration. It will also help prevent common registration errors. If you need assistance with the form, we recommend you consult your parents/guardians, mentors, elder siblings, teachers, or lecturers for support in filling it out correctly.
