The University of Calabar has approved the final reopening of its registration portal for the 2025/2026 academic session, specifically for students who have paid their school charges but were unable to complete their course registration.
This decision was made during the Core Management meeting held on Monday, 16th February 2026, following a report presented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) regarding appeals from affected students.
According to a memo issued by the Office of the Registrar with Reference No. UC/REG/CIR/138, the registration portal will remain open until 12 midnight on Tuesday, 17th February 2026.
The Management emphasized that only the Registration Portal will be reopened, while the School Charges Portal will not be accessible during this period.
Students who fail to complete their registration within the approved window are advised to consider suspension of their studies for the current academic session.
The University Management urged all affected students to treat the notice as urgent and important.
