The University Senate has formally approved the timetable for the completion of activities for the second semester of the 2024/2025 session. Departments and Level Coordinators are advised to adhere strictly to the schedule outlined below.

Monday, 23rd March 2026, will see the Central Committee on Examinations Misconduct and Leakages convene to consider reports submitted by Faculty committees.

From Monday, 9th March to Saturday, 28th March 2026, examiners are required to complete the marking and submission of raw marks, a process that must be concluded within three weeks after the last paper.

Between Monday, 9th March and Friday, 17th April 2026, Departmental and Faculty Boards of Examiners will meet to deliberate on the results, including those of student projects.

The Senate Business Committee (SBC) will sit from Monday, 27th April to Monday, 4th May 2026, to review the 2nd Semester Examination Results.

Finally, a Special Senate session is scheduled for Wednesday, 3rd June 2026, for the final approval of the 2nd Semester Examination Results.
