The Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Prof. Joshua Olalekan Ogunwole, invites students, faculty, and the academic community to the 23rd Inaugural Lecture. The lecture features Prof. (Mrs.) Habibat Omolara Adubiaro, a Professor of Food Chemistry.

In her lecture, "From Biodiversity to Biovalue: Compositional, Nutritional, Functional and Oleochemical Insights into Some Underutilized Plant Resources," Prof. Adubiaro will discuss the untapped potential of local flora. Her research addresses critical global challenges, including food security, nutritional optimization, and the sustainable industrial application of plant-based bio-resources.
