The Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi, invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into its Undergraduate Part-Time Programmes for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
The available part-time degree programmes include B.A. French, B.A. Linguistics, B.A. Philosophy, B.A. Religious Studies, and B.Sc. Public Administration. To apply, candidates must process their admission through the University's online portal using their JAMB Registration Number. Those without JAMB Registration Numbers may use their National Identification Number (NIN).
After processing admission, candidates must pay a non-refundable Admission Processing Fee of ₦10,000.00 via the University REMITA platform and then proceed to the CCE for further directives.
Entry requirements for part-time degree programmes include a minimum of five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects for 100 Level entry, and IJMB, National Diploma (ND), or Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) for 200 Level entry, in addition to O’Level requirements.
The CCE also offers a Proficiency Certificate Course (PCC) in Security and Forensic Studies, a Basic Certificate Course (BCC) in Basic Intelligence and Detective Studies, an Advanced Professional Course in Security and Forensic Studies, and an Executive Managerial Course in Peace, Reconciliation and Security Studies.
The mode of application and entry requirements vary for each programme. The Proficiency Certificate Course and Basic Certificate Course require at least four credit passes in SSCE, WAEC, Trade Test, or NABTEB examinations, while the Advanced Professional Course and Executive Managerial Course require higher qualifications such as OND, NCE, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or membership of recognized professional bodies.
All programmes are part-time, running for two semesters (6 months). Application forms will be available from Monday, 5th May, 2026, to Friday, 30th May, 2026.
