Introduction

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) has announced the commencement of its Remedial Science Studies program for the 2026/2027 academic session. This program is designed to prepare candidates for admission into the university and other universities approved by the Federal Government.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for the Remedial Science Studies program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Applicants MUST have a minimum of (3) Credit Passes at O' Level Result (WAEC or NECO); English Language and any two other Science Subjects from Biology, Chemistry and Physics at one Sitting.
• Candidates MUST register for 2027 JAMB (UTME) and obtained the required score points
• Candidates MUST register and pass at credit level from SSCE or NECO in the subjects they are deficient.
• Candidates with Awaiting O' Level results can also apply.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Interested applicants can apply by following these steps:

• Create a profile on the university's admission portal and fill-in your bio-data. Ensure to use a valid email address as all communications will be sent via email.
• Pay a non-refundable application fee of Ten Thousand Naira only (₦10,000) (a) Candidates can pay online or generate RRR and make payment at any bank. (b) Only payments made via applicants' profile are valid.
• Proceed to fill the application form after a successful payment.
• Print out the completed application form for reference.
