The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Offa, Professor Kazeem Alagbe Gbolagade, invites the public to the 2nd Inaugural Lecture.

The lecture is titled "The Broken Social Contract: A Scholar's Critical Perspective on Tax Obligation, State Legitimacy and the Crisis of Development."

It will be delivered by Professor Kareem Adeyimika Adedokun, a Professor of Tax Law and Enforcement Policy, on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the University Auditorium.

The second inaugural lecture aims to advance intellectual discourse, research excellence, and the pursuit of practical solutions to contemporary challenges.
