This is to inform all those who have purchased the Akwa Ibom Polytechnic Evening Part time National Diploma (ND) forms should note that the screening interview previously scheduled to take place on the 21st November 2015 has now been shifted to 5th December, In the INSTITUTION’S ASSEMBLY HALL at 9.00am.
Candidates are therefore requested to come along with:-
Evidence of purchase of form(original receipt)
2015 Jamb Result.
WAEC, SSCE, NECO Result(as Applicable)
Age Declaration and Certificate of Origin.
Candidates should endeavor to attend the screening exercise as it would last for only that day.
Please Note: Application Forms will be on sale on that Saturday 5th December, 2015 on Payment of Prescribed fee.
