This is to inform all the students of the Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARAPOLY) that the management of the polytechnic has approved some adjustments in the Academic Calendar as itemized below:

KWARAPOLY Academic Calendar for First Semester 2015/2016.

  1. Christmas Break : 24/12/15 – 04/01/2016.
  2. All Students Resume for lectures after Mid-Semester Break : 01/02/2016.
  3. Lecture ends for All Students : 05/03/2016.
  4. 1st Semester Exams Begin for all Students : 07/03/2016.
  5. 1st Semester Exams End for all Students : 02/04/2016.
  6. Commencement of Conference Marking : 05/04/2016 – 22/04/2016.
  7. 1st Semester Break : 05/04/2016 – 23/04/2016

KWARAPOLY Academic Calendar for Second Semester 2015/2016

  1. Resumption & Commencement of Lectures for All Students : 25/04/2016.
  2. Lectures End for all Students : 16/07/2016.
  3. 2nd Semester Exams Begin for All Students : 25/07/2016.
  4. 2nd Semester Exams End for All Students : 20/08/2016.
  5. Commencement of Conference Marking : 29/08/2016 – 17/09/2016.
  6. Consideration of 2015/2016 Sesional/Diploma Results : 29/09/2016.
  7. End of 2015/2016 Session : 30/09/2016.
