Interested contestants for the underlisted elective offices are requested to obtain application forms from the National Secretariat, Alumni Jubilee House, Main Campus, University of Lagos, Akoka between 9:00am & 4:00pm daily, and return it in sealed envelopes not later than Friday, April 15, 2016.
