Eligibility Requirements

Before applying, ensure you meet the following criteria:

General Criteria

• O’ Level Credentials: You must have at least five O’ Level credits in subjects relevant to your desired course, obtained in no more than two sittings.
• JAMB UTME Scores: A minimum score of 170 is required, though some courses have higher cut-off marks:
  • Human Anatomy and Physiology: 200
  • Nursing and Radiography: 210
  • Medical Laboratory Science (MLS): 220
  • Medicine and Surgery (MBBS): 230
• University Preference: FULAFIA must be your first choice.
• Direct Entry Candidates: Must include both O’ Levels and any higher qualifications.

Step-by-Step Guide to the FULAFIA Screening Application

Registration Period

• Start Date: 29th July 2024
• End Date: 13th September 2024
• Fee: ₦2,000

Application Steps

1. Initiate Registration: Go to the FULAFIA official portal.
2. Create an Account: Click ‘APPLY’ to set up an account.
3. Select Application Type: Choose ‘Post UTME Application 2024/2025’, enter your JAMB Number, Email, and create a password. Click ‘Proceed’ to access the LOGIN page.
4. Login: Use your email and password to log in. A unique ID starting with ‘FULUG…’ will be generated. Use this ID to log in.
5. Verify Data: Confirm all details are correct, fill in any missing information, and save.
6. Pay the Screening Fee: Pay ₦2,000 online or at any commercial bank. For online payment, use Remita options like Mastercard, USSD, Internet Banking, and eWallet.
7. Complete Registration: After payment, log in again (if needed) to verify payment.
8. Enter SSCE Details: Provide your SSCE details and scratch card information if required. Save this information.
9. Finalize Application: Print a summary of your application and payment receipts from the portal.

Important Points to Remember

• Name Consistency: Ensure that names on all documents are consistent to avoid disqualification.
• Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years old by October 2024.
• Registration Period: Apply within the specified period. The application link will close at noon on 13th September 2024.
• Personal Details: Use valid personal telephone numbers and email addresses.
• Online Registration: Register online from any location; physical presence on campus is not required.
• O’ Level Results: Upload O’ Level results to the JAMB website as soon as possible.
