The Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) has opened its Post UTME/Direct Entry screening for the 2024/2025 academic session.

If LASUSTECH was your first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME or if you plan to choose it, you are required to participate in this screening process.

Eligibility Criteria for LASUSTECH Post UTME Application

• First Choice Institution: Candidates who selected LASUSTECH as their first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME must have a minimum score of 180.
• O’ Level Requirements: You must have the required O’Level credits in relevant subjects, obtained in no more than two sittings.
• Direct Entry Candidates: Those applying through Direct Entry must have purchased a Direct Entry Form from JAMB and chosen LASUSTECH as their first choice.
• State of Origin Verification: Only candidates who are indigenes of Lagos State and have successfully completed the State of Origin Verification Committee (SOVC) process will be eligible to participate in the online admission screening exercise.

Procedure for LASUSTECH Post UTME Application

To apply, follow these steps:

1. Access the Admission Portal: Start your application by visiting the LASUSTECH admission portal.
2. Pay the Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 is required for registration, payable using a MasterCard or VISA internet-activated Debit Card.
3. Complete the Application Form: Ensure that all details in the form are accurately filled out and submitted.
4. Upload a Passport Photograph: Upload a clear, passport-sized photograph with a white background in JPEG format, not exceeding 22kb in size.
5. Ensure Name Consistency: Your name must be consistent across all registration documents to prevent disqualification.

Important Dates and General Information

• The screening portal will open at 12:00 am on Monday, 19th August 2024, and will close on Friday, 30th August 2024.
• Candidates must meet the O’Level requirements for their chosen programme before completing the online application form.
• All candidates are required to upload their O’Level results on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
• Physical presence on the university campus is not required for this screening exercise.
