To successfully register for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination for the 2025/2026 academic session, follow these steps:  

Step 1: Obtain Your National Identification Number (NIN)  

Ensure you have your NIN, which can be obtained from any National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) center.  

Step 2: Create a Profile on the JAMB Portal  

1. Visit the official JAMB portal at [www.jamb.gov.ng](http://www.jamb.gov.ng).  

2. Create your profile using your NIN, a valid email address, and a functional phone number.  

3. Verify your profile by entering the confirmation code sent to your email and phone number via SMS.  

Step 3: Purchase Your ePIN  

1. Obtain an ePIN from authorized outlets such as Zenith Bank, Access Bank, FirstBank, online platforms, or through USSD codes.  

2. The ePIN costs ₦3,500 and is valid for a single registration.  

Step 4: Visit a JAMB-Approved CBT Centre  

Take the following items to a JAMB-approved Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre:  

- Your ePIN  

- NIN  

- O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/GCE)  

- Recent passport photograph  

- Any other required documents  

Step 5: Complete Your Registration  

1. Fill out the registration form with accurate details.  

2. Select your preferred examination date and centre.  

3. Complete the biometric verification process.  

Step 6: Collect Your Registration Slip and Study Materials  

1. Print your registration slip, which will include your personal details, examination schedule, and centre information.  

2. Collect the JAMB CD containing the syllabus and e-brochure to guide your study.
