What's New For KIU Staff: 2026 Ramadan Hours

The Holy Month of Ramadan commenced on Wednesday, 18th February, 2026. To ease the challenges associated with fasting, the Vice-Chancellor has approved adjusted office hours for Kashim Ibrahim University.

From Monday to Friday, offices will now open from 8:00 to 2:00pm. This new schedule is specifically for the duration of the Holy Month of Ramadan. Once the period ends, the university will revert to its standard office hours.

On behalf of the University Management, we wish all staff a Happy Ramadan. Thank you.
