The Students' Union Government directs all students to immediately report any incidents, misunderstandings, harassment, conflicts, security concerns, or matters affecting student welfare to the Office of the SUG President and the Executive Council.
Students are advised to channel concerns related to their safety, rights, or general welfare through the SUG President and Executives before taking any other steps or actions. This protocol enables the Union leadership to properly document the matter, assess the situation thoroughly, intervene effectively, and protect the interests of the student body as a whole.
Failure to report incidents through official SUG channels may limit the Union's ability to respond promptly, safeguard students, resolve issues, or maintain peace and order within the university community. The SUG leadership is committed to upholding and defending the welfare, security, and rights of every student.
All students are instructed to comply fully with this directive by ensuring prompt and formal reporting of any relevant incident to the SUG President and Executives for appropriate and timely action. Full compliance with this notice is mandatory and expected from every student.
