Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes at Apex College of Nursing Sciences, Igbo-Ukwu, Anambra State for the 2026/2027 academic session.
ADMISSION CRITERIA Academic Qualifications require five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained at not more than two sittings. A minimum UTME score of 150 and above in the 2026 UTME is also required. Applicants must have selected Apex College of Nursing Sciences as their first choice in the 2026 JAMB UTME or complete a change of institution/course via JAMB. Applicants MUST NOT be less than 17 years of age at the time of application.

Submit the completed form along with required documents: evidence of payment, JAMB Result Slip, change of institution form (if applicable), photocopies of testimonials, Birth Certificate, O'Level Results, and two passport photographs on a white background.
