The Students' Union has obtained clarification on the NELFUND refund process following an official meeting between the Students' Union Secretary-General and the Director of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
Accordingly, all eligible students who have settled their First and Second Semester school fees and wish to receive a refund are advised to visit the school portal and complete the refund application process without delay.
The refund will only be processed for students who satisfy the stated requirements. Upon successful verification of the application, the approved refund will be remitted directly to the student's designated personal bank account.
The Students' Union therefore encourages all eligible students to ensure that their refund applications are duly submitted through the school portal and that the bank account details provided are accurate to facilitate seamless processing and payment.
The Students' Union remains committed to providing students with timely, accurate, and verified information on matters affecting their welfare.
Remain patient and ensure that all required information has been submitted correctly to facilitate the refund process.
