Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna has announced an online screening for candidates who applied for admissions in the 2026/2027 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination. The screening will take place from 5th August, 2026 to 30th August, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, UTME and DE candidates must have chosen Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna as their first choice. Additionally, UTME candidates must have scored not less than the minimum score for various faculties and programmes.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Step 1: Candidates should start by logging in to the post-UTME application portal on the Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna website students.akum.edu.ng and click on Select Application Portal.

Step 2: Profile Update - UTME candidates can log in using their JAMB Registration Number as the username and any of their names as the password. Then, fill in the provided form, noting that the photograph uploaded from JAMB will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay.

Step 3: Make Payment - Proceed to checkout and pay the sum of N2,000.00, which is the cost of screening. After successful online payment, an acknowledgement slip can instantly be generated and printed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Candidates are advised to visit any JAMB Office or Accredited CBT Centre nearest to them to upload their O' Level result(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, or equivalent) on both JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) and the AKUM portal. DE candidates should also upload their A' Level and O' Level result(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, or equivalent) on both JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) and the AKUM portal. Only candidates who have done so can be proposed for admission and recommended to JAMB for approval.
• Supplying false information will result in disqualification.
• Candidates are allowed to supply a maximum of two different 'O' Level examination results.
• If you have any inquiry or encounter any difficulty, send a mail to the email address provided on the portal.
• Any candidate who fails to register for the screening exercise from 5th August, 2026 to 30th August, 2026 will not be considered.
• All DE students must participate in a mandatory physical screening of their A'Level results prior to admission.
