Easter Break: FG Declares Friday, Monday Public Holidays

Federal Government declared April 14, Friday, and April 17, Monday, public holidays.
The public holidays are in line with the Christian tenets which recognizes Friday, 14th April as Good Friday, and Monday, 17th April as Easter Monday respectively.
The Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau, made the declaration in a statement issued on behalf of the Federal Government in Abuja.
In the statement, Dambazau enjoined all Christian faithful and Nigerians in general to extend the spiritual benefits of Easter, which are love, peace, justice, sacrifice and kindness to their daily living, and through this contribute to unity and peaceful co-existence among Nigerians.
The minister wishes all Nigerians a Happy Easter Celebration.
