Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, DESPO post UTME screening application form for the 2017/2018 academic session admission exercise is out. DESPO post UTME minimum cut-off mark is 150.

Applications are invited for admission into ND Programmes at Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) for the 2017/2018 academic session.

DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC, OTEFE-OGHARA ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY.

  1. Candidates who chose Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-oghara and those who did not but wish to change to Delta State Polytechnic Oghara and who must have scored 150 and above in the 2017 UTME.
  2. Candidates must possess Five (5) O/L Credits in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language

  4. Mass Communication
  5. Office Technology and Management
  6.  Computer Science
  7. Science Laboratory Technology (SLT)
  8. Statistics

  10. Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  11. Mechanical Engineering
  12. Welding and Fabrication Technology

HOW TO APPLY FOR DESPO POST UTME.

(i)        Log on to www.ogharapoly.edu.ng then click on ND Application Form.

(ii)       Click the payment button to pay a non-refundable screening and documentation fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) made online with Verve or Master Debit Card (ATM Card).

(iii)      Print two(2) copies of the online acknowledgement form to conclude the registration.

DESPO ADMISSION SCREENING DATES & REQUIREMENTS.

1st Aptitude Test
The first Aptitude test is for candidates who chose Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara and those who did not but able to buy the forms before 29th September, 2017.

The Aptitude Test will hold on 4th and 5th October, 2017 as shown below;

2nd Aptitude Test
The second Aptitude Test is for those who applied after the 1st aptitude test of 4th & 5th October, 2017. All candidates who did not choose Delta State Polytechnic, otefe-Oghara as first choice are advised to access JAMB website and apply for change of institution to Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara.

Closing date of forms for the Second Aptitude Test is 17th November, 2017. While the Aptitude test is 22nd & 23rd November, 2017 as scheduled below;

Documents Required For the Aptitude Test:
Candidates for the Aptitude test are required to come with the original copies of the following:

  • JAMB Result Slip
  • O/L Result Slip
  • Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  • Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
  • The application Form (Photocopy)
  • Birth Certificate

Additional information

  1. The following subjects are taken as one:
    Economics or Commerce, Government or History or Civic Education, Biology or Agricultural Science or Fishery or Animal Husbandry, Marketing or Salesmanship, Financial Accounting or Book Keeping, Data Processing or ICT or Computer Studies or Information and communication Technology, CRS is accepted only for all Business/Social Science Courses.
  2. Candidates who applied for Computer Science must have at least a pass in Physics.
