This is to inform the general public and our prospective candidates in particular that the Post UTME for 2015/2016 Admission exercise of Ondo State University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa has been scheduled to hold from Tuesday, 20th October to Wednesday, 21st October, 2015

(1) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
(a) GENERAL
Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes in SSCE, GCE, NECO and NABTEB including English and Mathematics at not more than two sittings or two relevant ‘A’ level Passes for Direct Entry.
All candidates who chose Ondo State University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa and scored at least 180 in the May, 2015 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations are eligible to apply for the University’s Post-UTME.
The University shall also give opportunities to candidates who did not choose Ondo State University of Science and Technology in the UTME Registration in the first instance but intend to change their choice of Institution to the University.
(b) SPECIFIC ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

(2) METHOD OF APPLICATION
Application method is on-line.

(3) REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are requested to register on-line beginning from Wednesday, 30th September, to Wednesday, 14th October, 2015
To register, candidates must pay non refundable fees of Five Thousand Naira to cover the followings:
(a) Application fee.
(b) Post UTME processing fee.

The fees stated in items (a) and (b) are payable into any of the following banks via E-Transact.

1. First Bank Plc.
2. Skye Bank Plc.
3. FCMB Plc.

(4) REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Candidates are to log on to the University’s website www.osustech.edu.ng and access the registration portal with the numbers on their vouchers for the registration form.
Proceed to complete the form including uploading your coloured passport photograph and print out.

Registration closes by 11:59pm on Wednesday, 14th October, 2015.
NOTE: All candidates are to note that bank charges would be charged at the point of purchase of the E-Transact PIN (Payment Voucher)

(5) POST UTME EXAMINATION
Post UTME Examination would take place at the Ondo State University of Science and Technology, (OSUSTECH), Main Campus, Okitipupa-Igbokoda Road, Okitipupa by 9.00 am from Tuesday, 20th October, and Wednesday, 21st October, 2015.
The Post UTME is going to be Computer based Test (E -Test) to be preceded by a guided practical demonstration for all candidates.
Candidates should come to the Post UTME examination venue with the following items:
(i) Original copies of all credentials
(ii) Printout of the completed on-line registration form.
(iii) Printout of UTME result.
Candidates should note that the use of handsets, scientific calculators and other electronic devices will not be allowed during the exercise.

Result of the Post UTME Exercise could be accessed from the University website a week after the examination.

Direct Entry candidates:
Candidates seeking Direct Entry are to appear for screening on Wednesday, 21st of October, 2015.
Note: Direct entry would be for faculty of science ONLY.

Candidates with National Diploma must pass the University qualifying examinations and oral interviews. The University will set a competitive cut-off mark for admission of such candidates.

Note:
(1) All the Academic programmes of the University are fully accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC)
(2) Candidates below 16 years of age need not apply for the post UTME Screening
(3) Admission is strictly on merit.

PUBLIC NOTICE

THIS IS ALSO TO INFORM THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT THE UNIVERSITY HAS BEEN REOPENED FOR ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES. IN VIEW OF THIS, ALL STALE STUDENTS ARE TO RESUME FOR ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES ON MONDAY, 12TH OF OCTOBER, 2015.
