The management of the Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) has released an official notice outlining its end-of-year break arrangements for the entire university community.

The announcement, which follows the resolutions of the Principal Officers Committee at its 116th Regular Meeting, provides clear timelines for the suspension of academic activities, administrative duties and the resumption of full operations. The schedule is intended to help students and staff plan ahead without confusion.

Key Dates

• Monday, 15 December 2025: Academic activities for students officially end.

• Friday, 19 December 2025: Administrative work for staff closes. Staff on essential duties, however, will continue with their normal responsibilities throughout the break.

The University will fully reopen for academic and administrative activities on Monday, 5 January 2026.
