The NELFUND Programme has issued specific requirements for LASU students who are beneficiaries and wish to change their programme or institution. To do this, students must submit a formal request letter to the NELFUND Desk Officer at Lagos State University.

The request letter must be in writing, addressed to the institution, and clearly state the nature of the change. It should include the following details: old matriculation number, new matriculation number, old JAMB registration number, new JAMB registration number, Bank Verification Number (BVN), National Identification Number (NIN), Loan Application ID, active phone number, and email address.

The letter must be typed, signed, and submitted in PDF format to the designated institutional email. Alternatively, a signed hard copy can be submitted, subject to the preference of the Desk Officer. Supporting documents, including admission letters and JAMB admission letters from both the previous and new institutions or programmes, must be attached to the request.
