The Students' Union Government wishes to inform the general student body that a compiled list of 607 students whose NELFUND refunds were unsuccessful has been obtained.
The failed refunds were mainly caused by incorrect or mismatched account details, the use of FinTech platforms such as OPay, Moniepoint, and PalmPay, and account limits that were too low to receive the refund sums.
The roster of impacted students, together with clear guidelines for requesting re‑processing of their refunds, will be communicated exclusively through the official SUG WhatsApp channel.
All affected students are strongly advised to join the official channel immediately and stay attentive to subsequent updates to avoid missing vital information regarding the re‑processing exercise.
