The Students' Union Government wishes to notify all students that a compiled roster of 607 individuals whose NELFUND refunds failed has been secured.
The primary reasons for the failed refunds include inaccurate or mismatched bank details, the employment of FinTech platforms like OPay, Moniepoint and PalmPay, and account limits that were too low to receive the full refund sums.
The affected students’ list, together with step‑by‑step instructions for applying for a re‑processing of their refunds, will be shared solely via the official SUG WhatsApp channel.
All impacted students are urged to join the official channel right away and stay alert for future announcements so they do not miss critical details about the re‑processing process.
