Students of Obafemi Awolowo University who are engaged in extended academic programmes—including SIWES/SWEP, teaching practice, college examinations, farm internships, among others—are required to forward consolidated lists, signed by the appropriate university authority (e.g., Dean of Faculty or Director of SIWES), to the Division of Student Affairs no later than Tuesday, 15 September 2026.

It should be noted that:

• Only those students appearing on the submitted list who are presently residing in university hostels will be eligible.
• Male students will be housed exclusively in Fajuyi Hall (Main Blocks), whereas female students will be placed in Akintola Hall for the duration of the extension.
• Each eligible student must deposit a fee of ten thousand Naira (N10,000) into the university’s Remita account, present the original university receipt to the Division of Student Affairs, and provide a photocopy of the receipt to the respective hall of residence.
• Students should be ready to leave their hostels one week prior to the start of the upcoming academic session.
