These students may complete their registration and attend classes from Monday, 21 September through Friday, 2 October 2026.

4. Commencement of 3rd Semester Exams for spill‑over students

Examination activities for spill‑over candidates will commence on Monday, 5 October 2026.

5. End of 3rd Semester Examinations for spill‑over students

The exam period for these students will close on Friday, 9 October 2026.

6. Marking and Submission of Exams Scripts

The marking of answer scripts and their submission are scheduled between Monday, 5 October and Monday, 12 October 2026.

7. Departmental/Faculty Board Meeting

Departmental and faculty board meetings are set for Tuesday, 13 October and Wednesday, 14 October 2026.

8. Senate Examination Vetting Committee Meeting

The Senate Examination Vetting Committee will meet on Thursday, 15 October and Friday, 16 October 2026.

9. Senate Meeting for Approval of 1st Semester Results
