1. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology wishes to announce that the result of year 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) result Conducted for J.S.S.3 learners in public and private schools in the state has been released

The ministry confirms that the 2026 BECE outcomes for JSS 3 pupils attending both public and private institutions are now publicly available.

2. To view the result, candidates are advised to log on to the website https://diper.gqunstate.gov.ng AND:

• Click on BECE examination button
• Click on view result button

3. Please note that a Re-Sit examination would be conducted for candidates who fail English date studies or Mathematics or both. The date for the Re-Sit would be communicated in due course

Students who did not pass English, Mathematics, or both will be required to sit a Re‑Sit exam; the exact date will be announced later.

4. We wish the learners a successful Academic Lesson in their respective Streams in S.S. 1 classes

The ministry extends best wishes to learners for a successful academic year as they enter Senior Secondary School 1.
